Celkon Diamond 4G Plus Launched In India

Celkon Diamond 4G Plus launched in India at Rs 6,369; features 5-inch display, 8MP camera


Celkon has launched a new smartphone in the Indian market dubbed Diamond 4G Plus priced at Rs 6,369. The device is available viaAmazon and the company website.

In terms of specifications, the Diamond 4G Plus features a 5-inch IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 1GB RAM. The Celkon Diamond 4G Plus includes an internal storage of 8GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.


It comes equipped with an 8MP camera with LED flash along with a 3.2MP front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone includes GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, micro-USB 2.0, USB-OTG and GPS/ A-GPS. A 2200mAh battery completes the package.

Recently, Celkon expanded its Millennia series with the addition of a new smartphone called Millennia Xplore. The smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD display with 1280 X 720 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 1GB RAM.

The Celkon Millennia Xplore comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, which is the device’s main USP. It includes an 8MP front-facing camera as well. The Android Lollipop based smartphone comes with an inbuilt storage of 8GB and can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
